The actual Ticket is the voting number that is missing. I just created the new metric, so I wonder if it has something to do with that. I refreshed the page a couple of times to make sure it wasn't just a glitch.

The research button thing is not a proper Ticket, but I have to mention it somewhere! I miss it. Even for me it's difficult to remember the way to get to research something. It would really deter anyone who just wants to do some research outside of a project page - and I'm not sure if it's messaging or something else that should guide someone towards how to figure out the system.
