I selected the NOx metric from the dropdown and then the year 2015. When the page updated with 2015, I added the value, etc and clicked submit. Once submitted I realized the metric selection had been too slow and for some reason updated the year 2015, but not the metric, so I had submitted data for the wrong metric. Not sure how we can improve this, but it has potential to decrease data quality
