Source change has caused errors on the research page+issue

I tried to change an existing source and now something seems to have broken on the research page for the company. In the drop-down menu the years are all mixed up (some years don't even appear), and when I click through to some of the answers I get a rendering error for the source and the page looks strange.

not sure how to test this exact problem, but the new source handling should have fixed this.
