We adopted the Conflict Minerals Policy. The internal personnel that have direct contact with suppliers that are potentially in-scope for purposes of the Conflict Minerals Rule are notified about the Conflict Minerals Policy. In addition, the policy is communicated to our relevant suppliers in writing. The Conflict Minerals Policy also is posted on our website at http://www.hollyfrontier.com/suppliers/conflict-minerals-policy/default.aspx. We have established an email address for employees, suppliers and other interested parties to report violations of our Conflict Minerals Policy.
