This project is about collecting data on pay (in)equality, using any available metrics for which data is reported. These metrics seem to be rarely reported on, so the first thing to do is find out exactly how rare and pull in the data wherever it is available.

We can add some calculated metrics that compare the ratios over time to see if wage inequality is increasing or decreasing for each company.
