GAP measures performance by assessing the percentage of factories that have workplace committees with gender-equitable representation (with a gender balance that reflects that of the facility’s total workforce). They also require at least 70 per cent of Better Work’s social dialogue

indicators to be fulfilled every year. Since 2016, they have reached 183 facilities – including 15 in 2020 – in 11 countries.
