P. 87-88 Every year, CEMIG takes part in collective negotiations with the representatives of the employees to establish the collective work agreements. These aim to contribute to an optimal organisational climate, by and through achieving strategic objectives in negotiation of the collective work agreements and specific work agreements for participation in profit sharing by using the guidelines set by the Board of Directors as a reference. In the 2014/2015 Collective Bargaining Agreement, CEMIG brought forward a 6.34% salary adjustment while granting additional meal vouchers.
