The ratio of high-risk group was increased as well. This can be utilized as an opportunity to increase the CSR capacity of partners to a global level. We were found to have inadequate labor conditions, human rights and partner CSR management processes (establishment of policy, evaluation, management of conflict minerals). Detailed matters for improvement included compliance with working hours, protection of workers and management of safety and environment approvals."
