It sounds like the company is still in the process of developing the mechanism, and i was unable to find any information on how to report violations/concerns. "(...) the Company develops and implements systems of Reporting Violations in order to give a chance to all personnel of the Company and external parties others to be able to submit a report regarding an alleged breach of the principles of good corporate governance and ethical values that apply to the Company, based on the evidence that can be accounted for and in good faith for the benefit of the Company." p. 319
