of communities around the plant sites. The contractor workforce are being trained under the TPSDI initiatives/ programmes to develop / upgrade the skills of workforce to ensure safe and efficient work practices."

"The Company has procured goods and services worth ` 27.70 crore business with 83 SC/ST vendors during the current financial year as against ` 17.65 crore business with 36 SC/ST vendors in last financial year."
