"We have a very strong localisation policy wherein the key vendors are situated surrounding the plant. This not only enables to optimise the production related costs but also significantly reduces the environmental impact of transportation of components. We have achieved localisation levels of 92% with sustained efforts" p. 74, Annual report 2016-17
