"Are the Emissions/Waste generated by the company within the permissible limits given by CPCB/SPCB for the financial year being reported? Yes. The emissions & waste generated by the Company is within permissible limits. Annual Environment Compliance reports are submitted by the respective work units to respective State Pollution Control Boards (SPCB). All the installations comply with environmental regulations. Procedures are in place for storage, handling and disposal of hazardous chemicals and wastes."
