About the data

This metric covers Sustainable Development Goal 2 of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Goal 2 aims to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture. Improved sustainable agriculture is critical as the world’s population grows and demand on global food systems intensifies. Thus, supply chains can benefit from playing a critical role in designing and delivering effective, scalable and practical solutions for food security and sustainable agriculture.
