Page 34 of the 2015 Annual Report states: "Examples include preparing and supporting employees returning from parental leave ...". However, no actual number is reported on the number of female employees that took parental leave.
I agree with the comment you are making above. However, please note that the source you are referencing is the Social responsibility Report for 2015 and not the 2015 Annual Report as stated above. This information can be found on page 34 of the Social Responsibility Report for 2015
