I was unable to identify this amount in Nikes annual and impact reports. However, under the 'OTHER CONTINGENCIES' section page 39 of this source, this claim was made in regards to claims made against the company:

"In addition to contingent liabilities recorded for probable losses, we disclose contingent liabilities when there is a reasonable possibility the ultimate loss will materially exceed the recorded liability."
