Fourth quarter results released in August 2020 for FY 2020 indicates
revenue of $49.3 billion, a decrease of 5 % year over year, according to Cisco Q4 report. The report further states 51% of the revenue was from software and services. This information can be found on p.1 of the 2020 CSR report and also Quarterly Data Report 2020.
