The calculations made for obtaining the result were the following:

21114*x = 100300

x = 4.75

For the total hours of training to employees in 2019 and for the total training hours of women in 2019, the information was found on page 127 on the Integrated Report of 2020 (this is the same as the source "Total number of employees that were entitled to parental leave)

For the average hours of training per professional in 2019, the information was found on page 104 on the Integrated Report of 2019 Fluidra SA pdf document.
