Bank has adopted Hybrid mode of training to train its employees. Bank’s 7 training colleges have imparted training to 30000+ number of employees during the financial year using Hybrid mode. Bank has been using E-Learning modules for enhancing the competencies of employees and to equip the staff with right skills and knowledge for meeting ever changing business dynamics across different segments."
