“Barry Callebaut offers a wealth of training programs across the organization to both junior and senior staff. These include technical and on-the-job skills development, as well as quality, health and safety courses. In fiscal year 2021/22, 9,095 employees completed eLearning modules, and 169 managers and other professional associates took part in one of Barry Callebaut’s Leadership Academy development programs. In the same fiscal year, three young talents completed their two-year Graduate Program.”
