I know my last calculated metric ticket was problematic, but I'm pretty sure this is a real issue, or at least confusion around how to score this metric. The formula for this Scored metric is: M0/10. The metric is a 0-100 % scale, so dividing by ten should get to a number within our 0-10 scale. At the moment it's not doing the division at all, as far as I can tell, but I'm not sure why.
