Filter by project not working on project page for metrics/companies+issue
I'm trying to add metrics and companies from an old project (Glasgow School for Business & Society: SCoRE Module - Corporate Environmental & Social Performance) to a new project (Glasgow School for Business and Society: SCoRE Module 2019). For some reason the number of metrics & companies show up as zero when I filter for the old project. They do appear when I filter for other projects though.

There are 290 companies & 63 metrics in the project - could it be because there are too many?
Aileen changed the ampersands and the problem persisted. I tried without the colon and dash for good measure, but that didn't solve it either.
Note:
1. the same filtering problem also appears on the browse metrics page. (It has nothing to do with the filtered list editor).
2. the problem doesn't apply to all projects, see https://wikirate.org/metric?filter[project]=UK%20Modern%20Slavery%20Act%20Research
Looks like the problem is name length; the filter itself doesn't have the full project name (it's cut off with ellipses).
We can work on a fix, but if you can come up with a shorter name, at least temporarily, that should be fine as a workaround. Looks like the limit is ~80 characters.
