I came across the same issue (flagged by Katharine from Walk Free)!
Seems to have to do with the 'Status' filter, when it is set to 'All'
As discussed in Slack, this was happening because there were a bunch of answers in the lookup table that did not correspond to actual answers, meaning something went wrong in the syncing process, probably during a deletion or renaming. I have fixed the data and am tracking the underlying issue.
