Could someone try to reproduce this again?

I'm guessing it actually has something to do with Siemens' weird key issue (singularizes first to Siemen and then to Sieman), which I think has been resolved.

I carried out the same action, added a new value via the CEO Water Mandate+CEO Water Mandate Endorsing Companies metric and it worked! Let me know if you want me to try and replicate it else where. It is has not been a common problem for me.
