Compensation - Wages, benefits and overtime must be in conformity with the minimum wage prescribed by local law or the prevailing local industry wage (whichever is higher), and include holidays, sick time, maternity rights, paternal leave, retirement benefits, severance and social insurance. Vendors are encouraged to provide living wages and benefits that affords basic needs, food and non-food costs and discretionary income of workers and their families. Overtime is to be paid at a rate higher than regular shift wages.
