All workers in our supply chain are paid at or above the legal minimum wage. However, we are aware that in some situations this salary threshold may be below the benchmark for a Living Wage. We believe that collective bargaining and active participation mechanisms are the most effective tools to ensure a pay level and working conditions consistent with the actual cost of living. Our goal is that by 2030, all workers in our supply chain will have access to democratically elected representative bodies and a collective bargaining system.
