The company recognised the increase in cost of living and has stated in their report that as from April of 2022 all employees gets an uplift in salary. I can't confirm if it's been done but as described in the page below, Executive directors and non-Executive directors gets an uplift in the Salary so, its hard to say it hasn't been put in place.
