Add source not possible in research page+issue
When I go to company research page the sources do not show and the word "ADD" reads where the upload section should be.

This is clearly a bug. However, fwiw, the workaround is that if you click "view source", it gets corrected.
I believe PK fixed this. (And it doesn't happen with this link any more)
