Add Source page problems+issue
A few things on the new source page look off:
- The add file button is missing
- The company is usually a dropdown box but now it's got the 'add company' button. Not sure if this is intended.
- I'm getting a PDF url autofilled when I go the page (not sure if this is happening to everyone)
