Short version: the company name with square brackets – Fujian Ganmin Rare Metal Co. Ltd. [Jiangxi Rare Earth & Rare Metals Tungsten Group Corp. (JXTC)]– is confusing things.
Long version: ruby (or more specifically, rack) has a bunch of magic in param handling that sometimes gets too smart. By the time this reaches wikirate code, it's been converted into a weird hash parameter.
I'll do two things:
1 - error handling so that issues like this don't break the whole submission
2 - try a quick fix so the javascript prevents this problem.
In the meantime, you can work around the error by getting rid of the brackets in the import file or just not importing problematic rows yet.
This issue has been fixed. However, it's still possible to get a rat for files without header rows.
