When you are selecting the metrics to be added to a new project, and you want to copy the metrics from a project, the interface does not automatically move the metrics selected from the right (suggested metrics) to the left panel (added metrics). So it allows for dupplication. Also, once you select all the metric from one page, it does not move to the next page. Hard to explain. I was working in this project (https://wikirate.org/ANU_MSA_Research_2021) and I want to copy the metrics from the UK Modern Slavery Research project (parent).
linked page doesn't exist.
Can you tell me step by step how to make something behave incorrectly?
The duplication issue is tracked but is low priority; you can workaround by deleting the items. What else is going wrong?
It is not about duplication (here), it is more a functionality that used to work very well and now it does not.
To replicate:
When I want to add new metrics to a project and I want to copy the metrics from another project, I go and filter by that project (any project). Then, when I want to select the metrics, the bug happens.
The interface for adding companies with the same method works just fine.
Everything else seems to work normal.
Please give me a link to a page and tell me what to do on that page to make this happen.
Go to https://wikirate.org/new/Project, then go to Metrics (Add item), use the filter Project and type "Glasgow School for Business and Society: SCoRE Module 2021" then try to add all of the metrics by checking the "Select 10 Items" checkbox
got it. thanks!
