Multiple answer select capabilities with the 'Unknown' tick box+Discussion

A slightly related question: Would it be possible to make the "unknown" answer option NOT an automatic possibility, but rather something the metric designer can opt in or out for?

E.g.: The Walk Free Foundation has metrics where the "Unknown" answer option is automatic listed, but it was a conscious choice not to feature this as an answer option because - if the MSA statement is available - the source will comply with one of the answer options they provide. In other words, the "unknown" value means a researcher did not find the answer, but it is there.

To the main ticket issue It should probably automatically clear the answer when someone clicks "unknown", no? In the other direction, if you click "no", then it should automatically de-select unknown, no?

To Laureen's question, yeah, I think that's a good idea to make it a metric designer decision. We should get buy-in from Richard if he hasn't already considered this.
