In page 126 we are told that the total investment in the Integral Energy Management (GIE) strategy was $ 757,571,487 during 2016, 17.88% less than in 2015 ($ 922,530,000), due in part to the Expertise that the ISAGEN facilitators have acquired in the use of standardized procedures resulting from the improvement of the methodology.

It's not clear that the company reports according to the specifications of this metric. It does report the 17.88% but that looks to be a reduction in spending/investment, and perhaps not indicating the reduction in energy requirements.
