I got this to happen with a link that doesn't have http in it. Is that the problem?

I just added one with http in the address, and it still came up. http://wwwimages.adobe.com/content/dam/acom/en/corporate-responsibility/pdfs/adobe-slavery-and-human-trafficking-policy-statement.pdf

 

It might be a pdf thing? Yesterday it didn't happen when I added a website as a source.

 

Slightly related to the http thing though - I don't understand why some (many) of the sources show up as wikirate.org. I suspect it's a default thing, and not a Ticket, but wondering where to plug this in.
